I have spent 10+ years as an internal communications and engagement lead across organisations such as Trainline, Dunnhumby and the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, before realising my calling and building my business.

Having qualified as a Master Coach and Master Practitioner of NLP, Timeline Therapy practitioner and Hypnotherapist, I now help organisations thrive by optimising their mindset and potential.

I design and run workshops, speaker engagements, and away days, with each session uniquely crafted to meet my client's strategic goals. I also offer 1:1 coaching, specifically around the niche of career progression. Finally, I offer a full service engagement and HR consultancy service, tailored to your business requirements.

I have a number of corporate clients, including L’Oréal, the NHS, Swiss Re, The Body Shop, BODi , Your Sanctuary, and Sloane Club, to name a few. I am also a Board Member for Be The Business, a non-profit whose goal is to help startups become more productive.
